Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident about signing up. If you change your mind, here's exactly what happens — no small print, no surprises.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your plan and receive a full refund — no questions asked — provided you have not used the service during that period.
2. Cancelling After 14 Days
After the cooling-off period, refunds may not be provided or may be prorated depending on the circumstances. We assess each case on its merits and aim to be fair.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed upfront. After the 14-day cooling-off period, annual payments are generally non-refundable. If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us and we will review your case.
4. Monthly Plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — you retain access to your plan until that date. No refunds are issued for payments already processed.
